ABOUT
In 1982, Bike Peddler was sold to Bill and Nancy Waller. During Bill and Nancy’s ownership, they focused on providing high quality bicycles and exceptional customer service. They built a respectable reputation as Greeley’s best bicycle shop that continues today.

In 1990, Bill and Nancy decided to sell their business to a regional bicycle chain, Cycle Logic. Unfortunately, Cycle Logic developed financial difficulties. In 1995, Bill and Nancy repurchased the troubled store in hopes of continuing to provide Greeley with the excellent retail bicycle experience that Bike Peddler provides.

In 1996 and 1997, Trek Bicycle Corporation honored the Bike Peddler with “The Award of Excellence” and “The Award for Outstanding Achievement” for the growth of Trek products. Then, in 1999, Velo Business Magazine ranked the Bike Peddler as one of the top 100 bicycle retail stores in the nation. The same year, the Chicago Associated Bicycle Dealers Association awarded the Bike Peddler as North America’s Best Dealer Bill and Nancy Waller recruited and hired Andy Greenberg
in the spring of 1997.

While working for Bill and Nancy, Andy thrived in acquiring knowledge about bikes, bike maintenance, bike fitting, and the industry in general. After graduating with a Bachelor in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado, Andy went to work for Trek Bicycle Corporation, the top bicycle manufacturer in the U.S. After three years at Trek, he purchased Bike Peddler in May of 2001. His goal for Bike Peddler Cycling & Fitness is to continue the exceptional customer service and to grow with the expanding Greeley community and the entire Northern Colorado region.
